Tender Executive / Tender Manager / Tender Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Executive / Tender Manager / Tender Engineer to manage the entire tendering lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent documentation skills, and experience handling EPC/System Integration tenders for government and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant tenders from government portals, EPC opportunities.

• Review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.

• Manage registrations and vendor onboarding on government and PSU e-procurement portals.
• Prepare and compile complete tender documentation, including technical and commercial bids.

• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for quotations, compliance, and clarifications.

• Create cost sheets, bid summaries, and comparative statements with accuracy and margin focus.

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of both online and offline tenders.
• Upload all documents on e-tender portals, prepare BOQs, and ensure error-free submission.
• Manage physical tender submissions and maintain systematic submission records.
