Job Description

  • - Lead and manage activities for filing Tenders/E-Tenders within the Sales Support department.
  • - Proactively manage tenders & bids pipeline; own key deliverables and submission milestones.
  • - Work across techno-commercial, legal, and regulatory terms & conditions in RFPs/Tenders.
  • - Liaise with government bodies and internal stakeholders for clarifications and approvals.
Key responsibilities
  • - Keep track of tenders on portals (GEM, CPPP, IREPS, Tender Wizard, etc.) and maintain an updated register (e.g., Excel/Sheets).
  • - Download and study tender documents to understand exact scope, eligibility, and compliance.
  • - Prepare pre-bid queries; drive pre-qualification and compliance documentation for submissions.
  • - Prepare complete tender submission documents, forms, declarations, and annexures.
  • - Coordinate internal approvals with Director/Purchase Manager/top management for bid go/no-go.
  • - Build quotations and perform pricing/estimation/costing, including rate analysis.
  • - Evaluate commercial conditions and technical specifications; verify financial & qualification criteria.
  • - Update and curate the bid library with new proposal content; publish quarterly bid analytics.
  • - Organize the team for bid submission; ensure timely, accurate, and compliant uploads.
  • - Manage resource planning and documentation control for all bids.
  • - Follow up on banking documents for EMD/Bank Guarantees and client acknowledgements.
  • - Maintain audit-ready project files, trackers, and correspondence.
What you ll need
  • - Strong grasp of techno-commercial evaluation and legal/regulatory T&C of RFPs.
  • - Proven experience handling GEM, e-Procurement, CPP/CCP, Defence portals (or similar).
  • - Excellent documentation, compliance checking, and coordination skills.
  • - Proactive ownership, attention to detail, and on-time execution under deadlines.
  • - Awareness of banking documents for EMD/BG and policy concepts like MII/MSME.
Good to have
  • - Experience building bid analytics dashboards and content libraries.
  • - Advanced Excel/Sheets for trackers, rate analysis, and summaries.
