Tender Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Recording and maintaining tender data on a weekly basis and submitting structured reports covering total tenders evaluated, relevant tenders, tenders won/lost, and status tracking.
• Conducting competitive analysis and submitting comparative data of past tenders using available bidding portals and platforms (IREPS, GeM, etc.).
• Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating letters, declarations, undertakings, and documents required for tender submission in line with tender conditions and customer requirements.
• Maintaining a tender database for historical reference, analysis, and management reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong study, research, and analytical skills related to tenders, competitors, and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to create graphical presentations, charts, and dashboards for tender status, trends, and management reviews.
• Good documentation, drafting, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
