Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and managing tender documents and submissions, coordinating with various departments, analysing project requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of tender proposals. The Tender Engineer will also be responsible for maintaining records, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Tender Management, Proposal Preparation, and Document Editing
• Proficiency in Communication, Team Collaboration, and Vendor Coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
• Prior experience in tendering or similar roles is a plus
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Relevant experience in the power transmission or infrastructure sector is an advantage
