Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end tendering process including RFP/RFQ preparation, scope definition, and bid documentation.
Evaluate vendor bids through technical and financial comparison and recommend the best-fit vendor.
Coordinate internal stakeholders (Projects, Finance, Legal) for tender finalization and approval.
Draft, review, and negotiate work contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements as per company policy.
Ensure contracts clearly define scope, deliverables, payment terms, timelines, risks, and penalties.
Maintain a central contract database and track all contract milestones, renewals, and key dates.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed contract terms.
Handle contract deviations, claims, and disputes by initiating corrective or negotiation measures.
Conduct market research, vendor prequalification, and maintain an approved vendor panel.
Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and risk management standards.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Relevant experience in procurement, tender management, or contract management (preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure)

2. Experience in negotiating and managing construction contracts, subcontracts, or vendor agreements

3. Familiarity with real estate project cycle would be a plus
