Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Verify and update contact information in Salesforce
- Identify and create new accounts in new and existing territories
- Create contacts under existing and new accounts
- Regularly clean the database of existing customers to remove redundant or unnecessary information
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date account information in Salesforce
- Research new accounts for potential pipeline opportunities
- Generate activities and tasks for Business Development representatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of database management processes and procedures
- Provide support and training to team members on database management tools and processes
Location
This role is open to candidates working in one of the following locations: Bengaluru, India.
Basic Qualifications
- Third level education is desirable.
- Minimum of one year of experience in database management or customer support role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and database management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address database issues and opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
Physical And Mental Requirements
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation
- Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
- Learn and comprehend basic instructions
- Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities
- Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
