Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze wireless rate plans and feature sets to ensure alignment with business usage patterns and requirements.
• Evaluate wireless devices and recommend optimal plans and features for cost efficiency and performance.
• Identify lines with zero usage and recommend appropriate actions, such as suspension or disconnection.
• Analyze provider contracts, terms, and SLAs to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for renegotiation or improvement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of wireless spend trends to uncover anomalies and highlight cost-saving opportunities.
• Track and monitor data usage, identify high-usage users, and recommend usage controls or plan adjustments.
• Identify underutilized or overutilized lines and provide recommendations to optimize usage and eliminate waste.
• Analyze unbilled data to uncover hidden usage and ensure accurate forecasting and billing.
• Monitor IoT wireless devices for performance and usage trends, ensuring efficient operation and connectivity.
• Develop and implement recommendations to ensure that services and usage align with contractual commitments.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies with service providers.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing wireless performance metrics, cost trends, optimization efforts, and realized savings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in wireless telecom, preferably with TEM exposure
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proactive and able to resolve issues independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, and formulas)
