Role: Telesales Specialist:

We are seeking a Telesales Specialist who thrives on engaging with customers, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service across voice and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-centric, proactive, and goal-oriented, with at least 1 year of telesales or customer support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication with current and potential customers
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns with efficiency and professionalism
• Keep detailed records of customer data, subscriptions, service feedback, and follow-ups
• Use CRM tools to track leads, manage interactions, and improve customer journeys
• Conduct renewal calls, payment follow-ups, and collect feedback through satisfaction surveys

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer support, or a client-facing role
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
• Experience in FMCG or subscription-based businesses is a strong advantage
• A self-starter who is target-driven and comfortable with follow-ups and cold calling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
