Job Description

A B2B Telesales Manager is responsible for leading a team to sell products or services to other businesses by phone, achieving sales targets, developing strategies, and providing coaching. Key responsibilities include managing sales staff, training and motivating the team, setting targets, analyzing market trends, and overseeing outbound and inbound telesales efforts to drive revenue. Requirements typically include prior sales experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of success in B2B telesales.
Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management:Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales goals.
  • Strategy Development:Design and implement effective sales strategies and tactics for new client acquisition, retention, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Target Achievement:Set and monitor team sales targets and performance metrics to ensure business growth.
  • Sales Operations:Manage both outbound and inbound sales efforts, ensuring high quality and volume of customer acquisition.
  • Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze sales activities, performance, and market trends to identify growth areas.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Oversee the management of customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting:Compile and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Customer Support:Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries professionally.

Key Requirements & Skills

  • Experience:Previous experience as a Telesales Manager or in a related B2B sales role, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Leadership Skills:Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency with CRM systems to manage customer data and track sales activities.
  • Industry Knowledge:A strong understanding of industry trends and the specific products/services being sold.
  • Education:A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
