Job Description

Role Overview: As a B2B Telesales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team in selling products or services to other businesses over the phone. You will be tasked with achieving sales targets, developing effective strategies, and providing coaching to your team. Your role will involve managing sales staff, training and motivating team members, setting targets, analyzing market trends, and overseeing both outbound and inbound telesales efforts to drive revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales goals. - Design and implement effective sales strategies for new client acquisition, retention, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities. - Set and monitor team sales targets and performance metrics to ensure business growth. - Manage both outbound and inbound sales efforts to ensure high quality and volume of customer acquisition. - Monitor and analyze sales activities, performance, and market trends to identify areas for growth. - Oversee the management of customer relationships to maintain high levels of satisfaction. - Compile and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries professionally. Qualification Required: - Previous experience as a Telesales Manager or in a related B2B sales role, with a proven track record of achieving targets. - Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data. - Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency with CRM systems to manage customer data and track sales activities. - A strong understanding of industry trends and the specific products/services being sold. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is often preferred.
