Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, converting leads to sales, providing excellent customer service, and offering support and information on VehicleCare's services. The executive will also be maintaining customer databases, following up with leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


 Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote

automobile services, including maintenance, repairs, extended warranties, and other

service packages.

 Inbound Sales Calls: Handle inbound inquiries from customers, providing detailed

information about services and converting inquiries into sales.

 Customer Needs Assessment: Understand and assess customer needs to recommend the

most suitable services.

 Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns,

websites, and referrals to convert them into sales.

 Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s service

offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

 Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases with

accurate information and track interactions for future follow-ups.

 Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by

the Sales Manager.

 Customer Service: Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and escalate

issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

 Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

 Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the automobile service

industry or related sectors.


 Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

o Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

o Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

o Good organizational and time management skills.

 Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English.


Salary - Up to 4 LPA
