Telesales Executive — Study Abroad (MBBS, Aviation & Global Programs) | Academic Counselling

About University Insights: University Insights is a study-abroad consultancy specializing in MBBS abroad, Aviation (CPL/MPL & DGCA conversion), and global higher-education programs. We help students with accurate guidance, end-to-end admissions, visas, and onboarding.
Role Summary: Own the full telesales + counselling funnel: convert leads into counselling sessions, applications, admissions, and fee closures across MBBS, Aviation, and other study-abroad tracks. This is a high-energy, KPI-driven role for strong communicators who love targets and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
High-volume outreach: Call/WhatsApp/email inbound & outbound leads; qualify on eligibility, intake timeline, budget, and intent.
Advisory counselling: Explain programs, fees, eligibility, intakes, documentation, visa flow, and realistic timelines.
MBBS: NEET/NMC FMGL 2021 basics, WDOMS/FAIMER listings, FMGE/NExT awareness, course duration & internship validity.
Aviation: CPL/MPL pathways, DGCA Class-1/2 medicals, hours, conversion routes.
Pipeline ownership: Book counselling slots, drive show-ups, manage follow-ups, and progress enquiries → applications → admissions → visa.
Objection handling: Safety, recognition, living cost, exam difficulty, “need to discuss with parents”, budget.
CRM hygiene: Log every touchpoint, update stages, set next actions; maintain 100% data accuracy.
Revenue & targets: Hit monthly goals on admissions and fee collections; upsell value-adds (visa, insurance, accommodation, forex).
Events/webinars: Pre- and post-event calling to maximize attendance and conversions.
Market feedback: Share insights to improve scripts, creatives, and growth strategies.
Candidate Profile
Must-haves:
Excellent Hindi & English communication (Hinglish comfort a plus); persuasive phone etiquette.
Target orientation, follow-up discipline, and strong ownership.
Comfort with CRM/Google Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp Business, dialers, Zoom/Meet.
Good-to-have
Experienced candidates: Proven track record of admissions and revenue growth strategies in academic counselling/telesales (edtech, study-abroad, MBBS, or aviation).
MBBS domain familiarity (NEET, NMC FMGL 2021, FMGE/NExT, recognition, duration & internship).
Aviation domain familiarity (CPL/MPL, DGCA medicals, conversion pathways).
Knowledge of SOP/LOR/test-prep counselling (bonus).
Education & Experience
Freshers and experienced both can apply; prior academic counselling experience is preferred for the higher band.

Application → Admission: 20–30% (program-dependent)
Monthly admissions: Target-linked (shared at onboarding)

Compensation & BenefitsBase: ₹15,000 (Fresher) – ₹25,000 (Experienced)

Work Schedule & ToolsTiming: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, 6-day week; occasional weekends for events (comp-off as per policy)

30-60-90 Day Success Plan30 Days: Master products, scripts & FAQs; achieve 60% activity KPIs; spotless CRM hygiene
60 Days: Own full pipeline; 80–100% activity KPIs; 1–2 admissions/week (mix MBBS/Aviation)
90 Days: Consistent monthly admissions target; contribute insights to improve playbooks & funnels
