Telesales Executive

We are searching for a dynamic Telesales Executive to become a part of our sales and customer engagement team. Your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to potential clients, addressing inquiries, and contributing to boosting sales conversions through effective communication. Furthermore, you will be involved in supporting outreach efforts for our platform, The Design Bridge, which serves as a connection point for tile manufacturers, dealers, and architects by aiding in listing discontinued or dead stock items for resale. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within both the software and building materials industries. Your responsibilities will include contacting potential or existing customers to introduce them to our software solutions and services, responding to customer queries regarding products, features, and pricing, understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions, following up on leads to achieve monthly sales targets, and documenting interaction details, sales, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system. You will also be responsible for processing orders efficiently, addressing basic client concerns, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with customers, and assisting in outreach efforts for The Design Bridge by reaching out to tile companies and dealers. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in telesales, customer support, or a similar voice-based role, exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, the ability to simplify technical product explanations, good listening skills and a problem-solving approach, resilience in handling rejection professionally, and basic knowledge of computer usage and CRM systems.
