Telecaller Executive


Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our software solutions
  • Answer questions about products and services clearly and accurately
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
  • Understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Take and process orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in telesales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical prospects
  • Resilient, cool-tempered, and able to handle rejection professionally
