Sales Conversion: Handle end-to-end sales conversations and convert qualified leads into customers. Brand Ambassador: Represent Gro Club professionally, building trust and delivering a smooth customer experience. Customer Persuasion: Confidently explain and promote the benefits of our subscription and upgrade plans. Customer Support & Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups, resolve queries, and close transactions efficiently. Cross-team Coordination: Work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Problem Solving: Understand customer requirements and suggest tailored solutions. Event Participation: Support marketing events, product showcases, and on-ground promotions when required. ✅ Desired Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Multilingual ability is a strong plus: Kannada, Marathi, Telugu, Hindi Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and chat platforms Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills A team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset 🌟 Why Join Gro Club?
