Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Operations Coordinator to join our startup. This role will primarily focus on finance-related tasks while also supporting HR and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Finance: Reconcile accounts and manage financial records with precision. Handle payments, invoicing, and financial transactions for our e-commerce platform. Update Management Information Systems (MIS) as per requirements. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and assist in budgeting and forecasting. HR: Call potential candidates and set up interviews. Update the HRMS software with employee details. Prepare and issue offer letters, and schedule interviews after shortlisting candidates from job portals. Admin: Oversee office upkeep, ensuring cleanliness and order through coordination with service personnel. Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with accounting, HR processes, and administrative duties. Proficiency in financial software and HR management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
