Role & responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat .
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Salary:- 25,000 To 35,000 Inhand + Incentives

- Immediate Joining

- Min 6 mon experience in customer service

- Good English Communication

- Job Location: Thane


Preferred candidate profile:

- Min qualification - HSC

- Good Communcation Skills
- Rotational shift and Weekoffs
