Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Back End Process Company: Teleperformance Location: Malad, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: Teleperformance is hiring candidates for a non-voice back-end process in the hospitality and property listing domain. This role is ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills who are comfortable working in a back-office environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Handle support tasks related to property listings and guest/host reviews. Verify listing details and ensure compliance with quality standards. Review and validate customer feedback and ratings. Provide accurate and professional written communication. Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complex queries. Maintain data accuracy and follow company protocols. Requirements: HSC or Graduate (any stream). Good English writing and comprehension skills. Basic computer skills with decent typing speed. BPO experience preferred, but freshers with good skills are welcome. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Shift Details: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts) 2 day's Rotational Week Offs (5 days working) Salary & Note: Maximum Salary: 20,000 (CTC) Only candidates comfortable with the offered salary should apply.
