Telecom Enterprise Sales executive

As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and nurturing relationships with Key Accounts. Your responsibilities will include: - Prospecting new clients and maintaining/growing business from the assigned Key Accounts - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Key Decision Makers - Achieving periodic customer acquisition and revenue targets for the assigned Key Accounts - Tracking clients" business initiatives, future plans, and analyzing their impact on the business - Collecting market intelligence data and analyzing it to anticipate its impact - Developing strategic alliances with partners like system integrators and consultants - Monitoring customers" changing needs to support innovation and development of new customer management processes and systems - Generating revenue from corporate clients through cross-selling and up-selling - Ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with back-end support functions Qualifications required for this role include: - Career aspiration in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales - Good analytical skills - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Excellent communication skills - Extrovert personality - Ability to make effective presentations - B.Tech and MBA in Marketing, preferably from the mid/top quartile of performance - Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and a total of 1 year of work experience - Valid Driving License Additional details about the position: - Full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund - Day shift from Monday to Friday with performance bonuses and quarterly bonuses - Job location in Chennai, Tamil Nadu; candidates must be willing to commute/relocate as required The interview process will involve providing a personal statement of a minimum of 300 words along with your CV, followed by a personal interview.
