Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Telecaller cum Team Leader to lead a team of telecallers responsible for promoting our amusement park, handling guest queries, group bookings, and enhancing overall customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and team management skills with a passion for hospitality and entertainment. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling & Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to promote theme park offers, events, group bookings, school/corporate packages, etc. Handle inbound queries related to tickets, bookings, park timings, special events, etc. Maintain an updated database of customers and leads. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide accurate information. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of telecallers, ensuring productivity and adherence to targets. Assign daily calling lists and monitor call quality and outcomes. Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members. Track team performance and prepare reports on lead conversion, call volume, and bookings. Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and park standards. Requirements: Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferably in hospitality, marketing, or communication). 2+ years of experience in telecalling; at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role. Experience in the amusement/entertainment/hospitality industry is an added advantage. Excellent spoken communication in English and regional languages. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
