Communicate updates, goals, deadlines, and process changes clearly. Ensure smooth information flow within the team. 5. Training & DevelopmentAssist with onboarding new employees. Identify skill gaps and recommend training opportunities. Promote continuous learning and development initiatives. 6. QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
