Team Lead (Fundraising) We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead to manage our team of fundraisers. The role involves leading, motivating, and supporting the team to achieve fundraising targets while ensuring high standards of donor engagement and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of fundraisers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and action plans. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement. Ensure proper donor communication, engagement, and data management. Prepare and maintain performance reports in line with organizational objectives. Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s in Management or related field preferred). Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or team leadership roles. Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills. Ability to handle targets, pressure, and team coordination efficiently.
