Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. The primary goal is to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales: Make outbound calls (and handle inbound calls) to prospective and existing clients using provided leads or scripts. Present, promote, and sell company products/services to potential customers. Understand customer needs and requirements to suggest appropriate solutions. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas/targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction. Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally. Clearly articulate product/service features, benefits, and value proposition. Administration & Reporting: Accurately record and update customer information, call details, sales activities, and order processing in the CRM system. Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales progress reports to the management. Liaise with other departments (e.g., dispatch, finance) to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations. Requirements and QualificationsExperience: Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar sales/customer service role. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive telephone manner. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and working knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Attitude: Ability to handle rejection gracefully, maintain persistence, and work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Preferred SkillsProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Knowledge of the specific industry or product being sold. Fluency in multiple regional languages (if applicable to the market).
