Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Order Department Executive to oversee and manage all aspects of the order lifecycle—from lead conversion to delivery coordination. The ideal candidate will have a background in the jewellery industry, familiarity with order management systems like JewelFlow, and excellent communication skills. ● Lead the entire order management process including order intake, documentation, internal coordination, and delivery scheduling. ● Monitor, track, and follow up on customer orders and ensure timely execution with cross-functional teams (design, production, logistics). ● Maintain regular and professional communication with B2B clients for updates, clarifications, and satisfaction. ● Ensure all leads from sales are properly followed up and converted into actionable orders. ● Use systems like JewelFlow to track order status, manage customer information, and update internal records. ● Collaborate with the sales and production teams to maintain workflow efficiency. ● Identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays in the order process. ● Create and maintain MIS reports on order status, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction. ● Suggest improvements in the order handling process and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). ● Serve as a point of escalation for urgent or high-value orders
