Job Summary We are looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance, manage corporate governance, and support legal and secretarial operations — particularly in alignment with MSME regulations relevant to manufacturing entities. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA , and MSME norms . Maintain statutory registers and manage all filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) . Organize and document Board Meetings, AGMs , and Committee Meetings —including notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions. Oversee annual filings and routine secretarial compliances. Liaise with government authorities such as ROC, MCA , and other statutory bodies. Draft, review, and manage legal documents, agreements, and compliance reports. Manage MSME classification, reporting, and regulatory filings. Support secretarial audits and ensure prompt rectification of any observations. Handle shareholding structure, issue of shares, and related corporate law matters. Stay updated with changes in company law, MSME policies , and other applicable regulations. Maintain confidentiality of company information and coordinate with legal advisors on governance practices. Candidate Requirements Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). 2–5 years of experience in a corporate secretarial and compliance role. Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA , and MSME rules . Experience in manufacturing or trading industry preferred. Proficient in MS Office and legal/compliance management software. Excellent skills in drafting, communication, organization , and confidentiality management .
