Role Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and motivated Telecallers who will play a key role in client acquisition and lead generation for our premium interior design projects. The role is best suited for candidates with a background in sales, telecalling, or interior design who are confident in pitching high-value services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to a pre-qualified database of potential clients (leads provided).
• Pitch SquareOne Interior’s luxury design services, offerings, and project portfolio convincingly.
• Identify prospects interested in interior design services for their apartments, villas, or commercial properties.
• Schedule site visits or design consultations at our head office with senior designers.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, materials, and previous work.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and daily call reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and design team to convert leads into closed deals.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate, or interior design sales.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (multilingual preferred).
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and project flow is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage databases and follow-up effectively.
• Graduation in any stream; certifications in Interior Design or Sales will be an added advantage.
