Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a Senior Site Supervisor who will be responsible for end-to-end site supervision and project execution across multiple ongoing and upcoming interior projects. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge in civil engineering, hands-on experience in interior site work, and strong vendor & labor management capabilities. This position reports directly to the CEO of Square One Interior and requires close coordination with our design team and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-site ownership and supervision of assigned interior projects from start to handover.
• Execute project work as per design, technical drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with principal/junior interior designers for execution accuracy.
• Liaison with vendors, contractors, and laborers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Monitor and manage daily site progress, material usage, wastage control, and safety compliance.
• Maintain detailed site reports, measurements, and update project progress to management.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of site materials and tools.
• Handle on-site client queries and coordinate on changes, if any.
• Adhere to timelines and troubleshoot any site-related challenges proactively.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in interior project site supervision, preferably in residential or commercial fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of materials, technical drawings, BOQs, and vendor ecosystem.
• Proficiency in taking site measurements and understanding AutoCAD drawings.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites if required.
