Senior Site Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Site Supervisor (Real Estate) 3 to 5 yrs experience in Site Supervision.

2. Experience in NMC/ Basic Legal work.

3. Supervise and manage site activities including labor contractor and material usage

4. ensure all work is carried out as per specifications and safety

5. monitor daily progress of work and report to MD.

6. Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to resolve site issues.

7. ensure proper use of resources and minimize wastage

8. conduct regular site inspections.

9. prepare daily reports and material requirement list.

10. should know how to make biils.

Requirement-

1. Local Candidate (Nashik,Maharshtra)

2. Own two wheeler is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Basic legal work: 3 years (Preferred)
