Sr. Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor at IDA BUILTECH LLP based in Delhi/NCR, your primary responsibility will be to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. You will be tasked with managing both civil works and interior fit-outs, ensuring that all construction phases are completed with adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols. Your key responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day project operations, collaborating with project stakeholders, overseeing interior work such as fit-outs and finishing touches, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. It will be crucial for you to address any quality or safety issues promptly to maintain project efficiency and a safe working environment. Moreover, you will be responsible for leading and supervising on-site workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople, delegating tasks effectively, maintaining accurate records of project progress, and submitting regular reports to the Project Manager. You will also monitor material usage, resolve on-site issues, coordinate with engineers and architects, and ensure that projects are completed within the agreed-upon time frame and budget. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Project Manager, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project workflow and successful project delivery. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to lead a team will be key to successfully managing construction projects and achieving project goals.
