About the Role

• We are hiring a Senior HVAC Site Supervisor to lead end-to-end site execution, quality control, and commissioning of HVAC projects.
• The ideal candidate must be technically strong, active, and capable of handling manpower and client coordination independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site Supply, Installation of ducting, piping, insulation, and HVAC equipment .
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs & industry standards.
• Manage and guide site technicians, helpers, and contractors.
• Conduct daily site reviews and submit progress reports.
• Maintain File for Invoices, Delivery Challans etc.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer, Manager, clients, consultants, safety officer & vendors.
• Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Monitor site safety, maintain checklists, and ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth project completion
• Payment follow up with Client.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Clear knowledge of HVAC installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/HVAC drawings
• Team-handling capability with strong leadership
• Excellent communication & coordination skill
• Problem-solving mindset with on-site decision-making ability
• Knowledge of ISHRAE/ASHRAE standards (preferred)

Desired Experience

• Experience in VRF/VRV, Chiller plants, AHUs, FCUs, pump installation
• Exposure to commercial, industrial, or high-rise HVAC projects
• Understanding of material verification & site quality protocols
