Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with design, execution, and service teams for seamless project delivery. Stay updated on new product offerings, competitors, and market trends. Participate in technical discussions, product demos, and exhibitions as required. Candidate Requirements: - Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline. 25 years of experience in sales of HVAC systems, preferably VRV/VRF. Familiarity with brands like Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc. Good knowledge of HVAC drawings, system design, and load calculations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.

As an HVAC Foreman based in Abu Dhabi, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of HVAC technicians and helpers. You will be tasked with supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, package units, ventilation fans, and ducting. Your role will involve reading and interpreting HVAC drawings, layouts, schematics, and manufacturer manuals to effectively plan and execute work. You will need to allocate tasks to team members to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and materials. Additionally, you will oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment, ensuring correct alignment, leveling, and secure installation according to specifications. Monitoring maintenance activities, such as inspection, troubleshooting, filter replacement, refrigerant charging, leak testing, and component replacement, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be required to ensure the proper installation and insulation of ductwork, piping, and supports in line with design standards. Conducting site inspections to verify the quality of work, adherence to standards, and compliance with safety requirements will be crucial. Collaboration with electrical, mechanical, and civil teams to ensure smooth completion of interface works is essential. Daily toolbox talks and safety briefings will need to be conducted to enforce the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site safety protocols. Prompt reporting of any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment faults to supervisors is mandatory. Preparation of daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requests will also be part of your duties. Guiding, mentoring, and training HVAC technicians to enhance their technical skills and safety awareness is an important aspect of this role.
