Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The primary role of the Telecaller is to reach out to potential clients, provide information about our real estate services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a passion for the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential clients by cold-calling and following up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. Client Interaction: Explain property details, features, and pricing to prospective buyers over the phone, addressing their queries and concerns. Appointment Setting: Schedule property visits and meetings for potential buyers with the sales team. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure they remain engaged and informed about new properties or offers. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and share it with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Preferred candidate profile Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Experience in real estate is an added advantage. Language Skills: Proficiency in [Local Language] and English is required. Additional languages are a plus. Skills: Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Persuasion: Ability to persuade potential clients and generate interest in the properties.
