This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for handling calls and engaging with clients to understand their needs. Qualifications And Skills. Roles And Responsibilities. Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients. Engage in conversations to identify client needs and offer suitable solutions. Document client interactions and update relevant information in the database. Follow up on leads to ensure timely client engagement and satisfaction. Work closely with the team to improve service and meet company goals. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address client questions and concerns. Meet or exceed performance targets and KPI metrics set by the management. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge
