Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them with their inquiries and providing detailed information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries in a polite and professional manner. Explain features, benefits, and usage of the product . Assist customers in understanding the order process and guide them through to conversion. Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the internal team for product availability and dispatch. Resolve customer queries and provide timely follow-ups for maximum satisfaction. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, convincing, and customer-focused. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic/health products is a plus.
