Job Summary: As a Receptionist at Klizard Technology , you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations at our front desk. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies Assist customers with reservations, bookings, and payments Maintain a clean and organized reception area Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Uphold company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer inquiries Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunities for career growth and development Friendly and supportive work environment Employee discounts on our marine services If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
