Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Telecaller who is fluent in Malayalam and ready to grow with our team in Cherpulassery. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who love communicating, convincing, and making an impact through phone conversations. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products/services clearly in Malayalam and answer queries confidently. Maintain call records and follow up as needed. Achieve daily/weekly call targets. Handle customer interactions with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Who Can Apply Must be fluent in Malayalam . Passionate about talking to people and building connections. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of customer handling is a plus.
