Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in lead generation. This role is perfect for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their careers in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
Gather customer feedback and report it to management
Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and local language
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM software
Good listening skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
