Job Title: Telecaller – Recovery / Collection Executive📝 Job SummaryThe Telecaller Recovery/Collection Executive is responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, reminding them about pending dues, and helping them clear their outstanding amounts. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. 📌 Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers with overdue or pending payments. Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and available payment options. Persuade customers to make timely payments and resolve delays. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments. Follow up with customers as per collection strategy until payment is received. Identify skip / unreachable customers and update their status. Handle customer queries politely while ensuring recovery targets are met. Escalate complex cases or disputes to senior team members or management. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines (if applicable). 📌 Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Good Hindi/English speaking skills (regional languages an advantage). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing, CRM software). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
