Description

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries to promote our products and services. This role is suitable for candidates looking to start their career in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals set by the management.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
Proficient in using computers and CRM software for record-keeping and customer management.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection gracefully.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
