Identify and approach potential clients in the solar energy sector. Conduct field sales activities, including customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations. Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solar solutions (rooftop solar systems,solar panels, inverters, etc.). Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver sales reports to management. Work closely with the project and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth projectexecution.

Job Summary: Responsible for converting residential solar leads through telephonic communication. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining solar energy benefits, sharing proposals, and setting up appointments for field teams. Youll be the first point of contact in inspiring homeowners to adopt clean energy. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming inquiries. Explain the benefits of solar energy and Efforts Solar & EVs residential solutions. Qualify leads based on customer interest, property details, and budget. Set up appointments for on-site assessments by the field sales team. Provide initial information on ROI, savings, and product offerings. Perform regular follow-ups to nurture leads and improve conversions. Update and manage lead data accurately using CRM software. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Support promotional campaigns and events by handling lead follow-ups. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate or Diploma holder in any field (Sales/Marketing preferred). 0 to 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service (Solar industry experience preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English. Good listener with confidence to handle objections. Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, and CRM tool usage. Result-oriented and target-driven attitude. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of daily outbound calls and conversations Qualified leads generated Appointments booked for field sales Lead-to-conversion ratio CRM data accuracy and lead updates Contribution to monthly revenue targets
