Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving residential solar sales by identifying potential customers, conducting site visits, presenting proposals, and converting leads into successful installations. Focused on providing sustainable energy solutions to homeowners and contributing to clean energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective residential customers through field visits, digital inquiries, and referrals.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and Infrax Renewable's offerings.
• Conduct site assessments and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility analysis.
• Prepare and present customized solar proposals, ROI calculations, and savings analysis.
• Close deals through persuasive communication, rapport building, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reporting in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Participate in local promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions to generate leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or relevant field.
• 13 years of sales experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of solar technology and basic understanding of rooftop installation process.
• Target-driven with ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred for field visits.
