Ltd. Job Overview We are urgently hiring a Business Development Executive at Cloudology Kitchen Labs Pvt. Ltd., Dwarka Sec-15. The BDE will be responsible for handling leads generated through digital marketing platforms, building client relationships, converting inquiries into business, and supporting our expansion in both sales and rental business. Key Responsibilities:Connect with potential clients from digital marketing leads through calls & emails. Pitch company products/services, explain value propositions, and build interest. Schedule and conduct client meetings / office visits. Assist in presentations and discussions with prospective customers. Support in identifying opportunities in the rental business segment. Maintain lead database, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client onboarding. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Key Result Areas (KRA): Lead Conversion Ratio – Converting assigned leads into active customers. Client Acquisition – Number of new clients closed monthly/quarterly. Revenue Achievement – Meeting defined sales targets and rental business goals. Follow-Up Management – Timely response and consistent engagement with all leads. Client Retention & Relationship – Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and repeat business. Reporting & Documentation – Maintaining accurate sales reports and CRM records. Qualifications:Graduate in Business/Marketing or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in telephonic sales, cold calling, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in the rental business will be an added advantage. Target-driven and proactive approach to sales.
