Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into customers.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and addressing concerns.
Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Identify new business opportunities and refer them to the appropriate teams.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
