Tele Calling Executive

Job Description:

We need energetic and motivated Tele-calling Executives to sell and promote share market-based services/products through outbound calling. The candidate should have top-notch communication and negotiation skills, be target-oriented, and able to convert leads to customers.

Major Responsibilities:

Place outbound calls to prospects and present stock market-related services

Develop interest, qualify leads, and convert them to active customers.

Overcome client objections with confidence using negotiation and persuasion skills effectively.

High product knowledge with regard to stock markets, trading, and financial services.

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales/target figures.

Updating CRM with factual data and call feedback.

Following up persistently on leads and ensuring timely closure.

Working with sales and marketing teams for efficient onboarding and after-sales support.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication in Tamil language.

Effective negotiation and persuasiveness skills.

Ability to comprehend and present share market ideas succinctly.

Targeted mindset with sales flair.

Positive attitude and ability to learn fast.

Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM tools desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree.

Interest or experience in share market, broking, or financial services is desirable.

Good communications and energy with freshers are also welcome to apply.

Hindi speaking is an added advantage.
