Job Description: Telecaller
Position: Telecaller
Location: Women’s Polytechnic, Coimbatore
Salary: Starting from ₹12,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide course and admission details
Handle inbound queries and convert them into walk-ins or admissions
Maintain call records and follow-up lists
Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to coordinate campaigns
Provide information clearly and courteously
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but freshers can apply
Basic computer knowledge
