We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Make outbound calls to promote products and services. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication. Meet sales targets and achieve performance goals. Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures. Job Requirements Any graduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in telecalling or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
