Key Responsibilities: Builder Onboarding ○ Identify and approach real estate builders and developers. ○ Present the benefits of listing their properties on the Golden Rich Properties platform. ○ Negotiate and finalize agreements with builders for exclusive and non-exclusive listings. Customer Onboarding ○ Generate and qualify leads for potential buyers, sellers, and renters. ○ Educate customers about the platform's features and benefits. ○ Ensure smooth registration and profile setup on the website. Website Engagement ○ Promote the use of the Golden Rich website among builders and customers. ○ Guide clients through property listings, transaction processes, and platform tools. Sales and Support ○ Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. ○ Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to onboarding or platform usage. ○ Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns to attract builders and customers. Market Analysis and Reporting ○ Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities. ○ Prepare and submit weekly reports on onboarding progress, challenges, and outcomes. Lead Generation and Follow-Up ● Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. ● Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into prospects. ● Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to showcase project offerings. Client Relationship Management: ● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences. ● Provide personalized property solutions and assist clients in decision-making. ● Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless buying experience. Sales Target Achievement: ● Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team’s performance. ● Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. ● Maintain a high conversion rate by closing deals efficiently and effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1+ years of experience in Real Estate sales or Field Sales.
