Website Engagement ○ Promote the use of the Golden Rich website among builders and customers. ○ Guide clients through property listings, transaction processes, and platform tools. Sales and Support ○ Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. ○ Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to onboarding or platform usage. ○ Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns to attract builders and customers. Market Analysis and Reporting ○ Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities. ○ Prepare and submit weekly reports on onboarding progress, challenges, and outcomes. Lead Generation and Follow-Up ● Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. ● Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into prospects. ● Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to showcase project offerings. Client Relationship Management: ● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences. ● Provide personalized property solutions and assist clients in decision-making. ● Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless buying experience.
