Full Time
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries and issues. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and resolution rates. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate potential fraud cases to senior management. Job Requirements Proven experience in telecalling, collections, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide effective solutions.
