- The Telecaller will be responsible for making cold calls, following up on warm leads, booking appointments with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
- The Telecaller will work closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.
Languages : English/Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil
Qualifications :- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software- Ability to learn about our products and services quickly, and articulate the benefits to potential clients- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
