We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in telecalling, collections, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and resolve their queries. Make follow-up calls to customers to collect payments and update their accounts. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and resolution rates. Collaborate with the collections team to achieve business objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Any graduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in telecalling, collections, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with banking products and services is an added advantage.
